We work with our team of Surveyor's or with your assigned project surveyor to complete field inspections and certification letters, as required by each jurisdiction.
The story pole installation is checked by the surveyor and a certification letter or form is prepared and sent via email for submittal to the planning department reviewing the project.
Not all Town, City, HOA or Architectural review board requires a certification be completed but this can be provided for any project for piece of mind certifying the accuracy of the completed story pole installation on site.
Certification Requirements
With many years of experience and completed projects, we know which jurisdictions require a certification to be provided as part of the project review process.
This is typically outlined in the Story Pole Requirements or Policy of your review jurisdiction.
Some policies require a letter or a specific form be completed by the surveyor and others require the surveyor's stamp and signature on the story pole plan.
